Florie waiting for Sunday school to start
It has been a BUSY summer....way too busy for me! I really wish we could just freeze time right now, and have more LAZY days where all we can do is complain about the fruit flies.....but it looks like that is not going to happen any time soon! The boys are doing really well...they have had soccer camp, art camp, robotics camp, and swim team to keep them more than busy! Florie continues to adjust more and more everyday, and is still settling in. William has been working REALLY hard and building things around the house....I really do not know how he gets everything done that he gets done.

Post call and still smiling!
And me, well, I continue to be amazed at the amount of laundry and dog hair that I battle daily, but.....it is SO worth it to be able to stay home with my kiddos! Plus, I managed to run three times last week---finally! 4 miles with a jog stroller is...challenging! Loved it though.
We recently took the kids on a hike at one of our favorite locations. The boys can walk the entire thing, but Florie needed to be carried. We saw a ton of centipedes, butterflies, fish, crayfish, snakes (ICK!), and had a great time.

We also had a bubble bath reward for good behavior one night...Florie liked it...for about 5 minutes then she was signing ALL DONE and ready for some TLC from me!

So glad you got to run again! I know that helps!!! You are doing a GREAT job!
What beautiful pictures-every single one. I know exactly what you mean about summer; sometimes it just seems to slip away from you even though you try to savor every second of it!

Love the girls in the house photo! Don't mean to be bias but they bring alot of sweetness to the group.
